"Hotel was a bit older than I expected but upkeep was good.
The hotel actually contracts their shuttle service from Cloud 9 but you don't learn this until you call the hotel for pickup. One could miss a shuttle while calling and have to wait until the shuttle makes its rounds and returns, depending on the number of shuttle units available."

"The noise level is nearly unbearable since it is directly under the flightpath with the planes coming in low over you besides the motel backs up to the railroad with more noise. To make matters worse, there were ants in the bed and they were actually biting. NEVER AGAIN!"

"There were ants in the room. Airplanes fly over regularly."

"We drove into the parking lot and drove right out. The place is old and run-down. I would not let my cats stay there...
We went to the Hyatt for a few dollars more."

"Offers free airport shuttle AND free transfer to cruise ship terminal, and the people who work the front desk are very friendly and helpful -- but it's right in an airplane traffic path, and a train track that is used goes right behind the hotel. I'd rather pay more and get more -- especially in the area of "quiet" and cleanliness."
