"We specified smoking and so did our daughter. When we got there it was a smoke free building and the excuse for not telling us was it was in the notes but if not available they can't do anything about it. Our daughter was told they have shuttles and they had none. We rented a room on total false assumptions."

"Access from hotel to 'beaches' (going west on Hwy 8 in the far left lane)was difficult to navigate as it required entering from the right lane and crossing 5 lanes of traffic, most of which was trying to exit unto 5 North from the far right lanes. Parking spaces were narrow and a bit difficult to access, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. There were no problems with check-in or check-out procedures, and everyone was very curteous, especially the personnel at the continental breakfast."
